Stargate

Explore with your feet on the ground.

A careful path through remote viewing practice and the Gateway focus levels, taught with context and no grand claims.

Technique and history

What Stargate is

A structured practice, set beside the documented history that gave it its language and methods.

Remote viewing asks a participant to record impressions about a hidden target before receiving feedback. The method uses prompts, notes, sketches, and a set order.

Its documented history includes research and government-funded programmes. That record shows what was studied and taught. It does not settle extraordinary claims.

Gateway training uses numbered focus levels as labels for different exercises in relaxation and attention. We teach those labels as a map, not as proof of unseen realms.

Stargate teaches remote viewing as technique and as history. You can practise the structure without deciding that the claimed effect is real.

A repeatable route

How it is taught

Each lesson separates preparation, method, practice, and return, so curiosity never outruns the structure.

What is on the page, stage by stage nothing yeta first mark qualitiesa sketch sealed until the end

01

Foundations

Settle your body, narrow distractions, and learn how targets and feedback are handled.

You also meet the historical terms before using them in a guided exercise.

02

Stages

Move from broad impressions to qualities, shapes, sketches, and careful description.

Prompts help you record an impression without turning it into a confident story.

03

Sessions

Practise with guided, repeatable sessions that keep the target hidden until the end.

Feedback is for comparison and reflection, not a score that proves an ability.

04

Return

Close the exercise, notice the room, and bring attention back to ordinary activity.

You can pause, stop, or repeat an earlier lesson instead of pushing further.

Honest framing

Curiosity is welcome. Certainty is not required.

We make no medical or supernatural promises.

Stargate does not tell you that remote viewing works. It does not present a focus level as a measured destination or special power.

The audio supports a calm, structured exploration of attention, description, and historical material. Your impressions remain your impressions.

Stargate is part of Premium. Begin only when the framing feels clear, and leave whenever the practice stops feeling useful.

Clear boundaries

What we do not claim

These absences are deliberate. They keep a curious practice from becoming a promise it cannot support.

  • That remote viewing has been established as a reliable way to perceive hidden targets.
  • That a striking match proves a paranormal ability, or that a miss means you practised incorrectly.
  • That Gateway focus levels are clinical states, medical treatments, or objective ranks of consciousness.
  • That relaxation, imagery, or suggestion can replace therapy, diagnosis, medication, or medical advice.
  • That you must accept the historical claims in order to study the method or use the exercises.

Is this for you?

Choose curiosity with boundaries.

Stargate is for adults who enjoy structured attention exercises, unusual histories, and patient note-taking. It suits people who can hold an open question without forcing an answer.

Skip it if you want proof of supernatural powers, a diagnosis, treatment, or a guaranteed result. A wellbeing app cannot provide those things.

Pause if the language of altered states makes you anxious, detached, or ungrounded. Choose an ordinary relaxation session, or speak with a qualified professional.

Listen only somewhere safe to rest. Do not use a guided exercise while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Before you begin

Fair questions about Stargate

The most useful starting point is knowing what the practice asks of you, and what it cannot answer.

What is remote viewing?

It is a structured practice for recording impressions about a target hidden from the participant.

A session may use short notes, sensory words, shapes, and sketches before the target is revealed.

Does remote viewing work?

We do not claim that it does. Its history includes disputed research, debate, and extraordinary interpretations.

Intropi teaches the recorded method and context. A match in one exercise is not proof of a power.

What are the Gateway focus levels?

They are numbered labels used in Gateway training to organise exercises in relaxation and attention.

We use them as teaching landmarks. We do not present them as clinical measures or supernatural places.

Do I need experience with hypnosis or meditation?

No. Foundations introduces the vocabulary, the session order, and simple ways to settle attention.

You can repeat that material until it feels familiar, or leave the path and choose another session.

Is Stargate included in the free plan?

Stargate is part of Premium. The pricing page explains the current plans and what each includes.

You can explore the rest of Intropi before deciding whether this path belongs in your practice.

Can I stop during a lesson?

Yes. Open your eyes, pause the audio, notice the room, and return to ordinary activity.

There is no benefit to pushing through discomfort. Stopping is a valid way to complete the exercise.

Is a Gateway exercise the same as medical care?

No. Stargate is a wellbeing and educational practice, not medical care, diagnosis, or therapy.

Bring health concerns to a qualified professional. Do not change treatment because of an audio session.

What should I do with a surprising impression?

Write it down in plain language, compare it with the feedback, and avoid building a larger claim from it.

A surprising moment can be interesting without becoming evidence about how perception works.
