Copyright and Takedown Policy

Effective date: 24 August 2026. Last updated: 24 August 2026.

Our approach

GrowthNodes ApS, the company behind Intropi, respects copyright and responds to clear notices about material available through its services.

This policy explains how to submit a complaint, how a person whose material was removed can respond, and what happens next.

This policy does not state that GrowthNodes ApS or Intropi has a registered DMCA designated agent or qualifies for any statutory safe harbour.

How to send a copyright complaint

Send your notice to support@growthnodes.xyz with the subject line “Copyright complaint.” To help us assess the notice and locate the material, include all of the following:

We may ask for missing information before acting on an incomplete notice. We may remove or disable access to material while we assess a complaint, and we may notify the person who supplied the material.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification.

For a counter-notification under the United States DMCA process, send it to support@growthnodes.xyz with the subject line “Copyright counter-notification.” Include all of the following:

Restoration process

After receiving a complete counter-notification, we may send a copy to the person who submitted the original complaint.

When the United States DMCA counter-notification process applies, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.

We will not restore it during that period if the original complainant tells us they filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Other laws may require a different process or timing.

Repeat infringement

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts of people we determine are repeat infringers.

We may also restrict access to material or features when needed to address repeated copyright complaints.

We consider the circumstances of each matter, including valid counter-notifications and other evidence available to us.

Misrepresentation warning

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, costs, and legal fees.

Consider whether an exception or limitation, such as fair use, applies before sending a notice.

If you are unsure about your rights or obligations, seek independent legal advice.
